Please read these terms carefully before registering or using the crxbet platform. By using the platform you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.

1 Eligibility and Age Requirements

User Eligibility

To use crxbet's services, users must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for those under 21.
  • You are using the platform voluntarily and entirely of your own accord.
  • You must have a valid mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) registered in your own name.
  • You are not currently enrolled in any active self-exclusion program.

2 Account Registration and Management

  • Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled and balances being forfeited.

  • The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out through the account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

crxbet may request that a user complete an identity verification process at any time. Verification may require a national identity card, passport or birth registration certificate. crxbet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. All information related to the KYC process is stored securely.

3 Rules for Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
  • Deposits must be made using a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from someone else's account or an account in a different name are not accepted and may result in forfeiture.
  • Deposit transactions are generally credited instantly. If there is a problem, please contact support.

Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account used to make the deposit.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
  • crxbet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the case of any suspicious activity.
  • Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
Please note: All withdrawals are processed according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Support is available 24/7, including on public holidays.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus Terms

crxbet offers new members a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to claiming and withdrawing the bonus:

  • Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
  • Example: Deposit ৳26,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳41,000.
  • The bonus applies only once — on the first deposit.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts while a bonus is active will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

General Promotional Terms

  • Each promotion has its own specific terms which will be stated on that promotion's page.
  • crxbet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
  • If crxbet suspects bonus abuse, it may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
  • VIP program cashback benefits: Bronze — up to 0.3% per week, Silver — up to 0.7% per week, Gold — up to 1.0% per week.

5 Betting and Game Rules

General Betting Rules

  • A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the amount will be refunded.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will generally be considered void.
  • For sports betting, the decision of the relevant governing body is final in determining results.
  • crxbet reserves the right to cancel bets in the case of an obvious pricing error.

Casino Game Rules

  • All casino games are operated by a certified random number generator (RNG).
  • Game outcomes are completely unbiased and not predetermined.
  • In the event of a disconnection, the game state is saved on the server.
  • The right is reserved to cancel any payout resulting from a software error.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

6 Prohibited Activities

Strictly Prohibited Actions

The following activities are completely prohibited on crxbet and may result in account cancellation and fund forfeiture if violated:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
  • Registering using false information or another person's identity.
  • Using dishonest means to obtain bonuses (bonus abuse).
  • Placing bets on any event involving match fixing or sports fraud.
  • Using automated bots or software to place bets.
  • Exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability in the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
  • Colluding with fellow players to gain an unfair advantage.
Consequences: For any of the above violations, crxbet reserves the right to take legal action, permanently close the account and forfeit all funds.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You can request to close your account at any time through our live chat support. All pending bets must be settled and any available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

crxbet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
  • If fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
  • If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
  • For legal reasons or at the direction of a regulator.
Regarding funds: If an account is closed due to a breach of the terms and conditions, any funds obtained unlawfully may be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be returned.

10 Limitation of Liability

crxbet makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, in the event of a service disruption, crxbet's maximum liability shall be limited to the total balance in your account at that time.

11 Dispute Resolution

Applicable Law
